  The last couple of times I have been to this store, I have had over a ten minute wait to order. The store wasn't even busy on each of these occasions. One time I had to wait for the staff to finish there conversation before they would even consider serving us. The constant prophanity from the kitchen while there is customers in ear shot is disgusting. One time while we were waiting to be served, the store phone rang constantly with no one answering it. I can't believe the lack of customer service in this establishment. This is not to mention how disgusting the cleanliness of the store is. Staff is dressed sloppily, floors are flithly, rubbish bags on shop floor for all to see. By far the worst KFC I have been to or seen. Would highly recommend going else were to eat.

  Staff confused could not fill my order once again .After about 5 Min of talking and staff trying to see if they had enough product available and a staff member being injured by a cabinet door I left and went to hungry jacks not the first time this has happened and I'm sure my experience has been shared by many others asa Fast food outlet we do expect minor delays but not on a reacurring weekly occasion when will you get it sorted???one staff member
